In mid-November, we warmly welcomed our valued Brazilian client to our Weifang manufacturing base for a comprehensive factory tour and professional technical negotiation. Accompanied by our sales and engineering team, the client visited our three core production workshops in sequence, having an all-round and in-depth understanding of our tractor manufacturing strength, production capacity and core component technical upgrades.
During the visit to the tractor assembly plant, we fully demonstrated our standardized and mature assembly workflow. At present, we maintain a stable daily production capacity of 30 complete tractors, which can fully meet the bulk order demand of overseas markets. To adapt to diverse and complex farming terrain in Brazil, we support multiple tire configurations, including flat tires, high-lug tires and radial tires. Meanwhile, we can flexibly match and customize tractor models and parameters according to customers’ local planting conditions and actual usage needs.
The client then visited our professional front axle production workshop. Our team introduced the complete front axle production process and strict quality control system in detail. Every finished front axle will undergo rigorous full-item testing. Only products that pass all quality inspections can be delivered to the next assembly procedure. In addition, we have completed the overall upgrade of the front axle manufacturing technology. The optimized process effectively improves the structural stability of the front axle, greatly extends the overall service life of the tractor, and effectively reduces the failure rate during long-term heavy-load farming operations.
Finally, the client inspected our chassis and rear axle assembly workshop, focusing on our latest optimized chassis and braking system technologies. We have achieved targeted performance upgrades for different horsepower tractor models. For tractors above 120 horsepower, we are equipped with self-energizing brakes, which feature sensitive braking response and excellent durability, adapting to long-hour and high-intensity farm work. For high-horsepower models above 220 horsepower, we have upgraded the core gear raw material: the traditional 20CrMnTi steel is replaced with French standard NF carburizing gear steel 19CrNi5 (19CN5), which is specially developed for heavy-load gears of agricultural machinery and tractors.
Compared with the traditional 20CrMnTi material, 19CrNi5 steel has more prominent comprehensive performance advantages. It possesses higher toughness and stronger impact resistance, which can effectively cope with frequent impact loads and harsh working environments in farmland. Meanwhile, it has excellent wear resistance, which reduces the wear loss of core gears during long-term heavy operation. Its stable carburizing process ensures uniform and lasting gear hardness, greatly improving the durability of chassis and rear axle components. This material upgrade significantly reduces equipment maintenance costs and downtime for end users, bringing higher economic benefits to agricultural production.
After the on-site workshop inspection, we arranged dinner and interactive exchange activities with the Brazilian client. The client highly recognized our standardized production management, reliable product quality and continuous technological innovation strength. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on market characteristics, product customization schemes and long-term cooperative development plans of the Brazilian agricultural machinery industry, reaching a positive and in-depth cooperation consensus.
